		<description><![CDATA[I do use a dehydrator. . .another thrift store find.  I know that people do use their ovens to dehydrate.  I think it&#039;s just a matter of leaving the door open a bit and having it on REALLY low. . .and putting food on racks that let the warm air reach as many sides of the food as possible.
