Rosemary Steelhead = Yum

Our dinner last night:

Steelhead with rosemary, garlic, and lemon (recipe here),  mashed potatoes and a green salad.  Everything was organic.  Only the butter in the mashed potatoes and the lemon on the fish were not produced/grown/caught within 50 miles of our home.  So super yummy.

    *drool* YUM I love steelhead. My godfather is a major fisherman/hunter and would often share his catches with us. Steelhead was always the best. I also adore your plate! Thrift store find? I ought to show you my Pyrex collection sometime…

    Yesterday when we were picking out dinner at the fishmonger I was having a hard time choosing either steelhead or sole. Went the sole, but I see you went the other way. heh.

    That looks really delicious, btw!
