Foodie Friday: Summer Squash, the Tart edition

Yay Summer Squash! Here are two very different takes on a Summer Squash and Tomato tart. You’ll recognize the second method from year’s past. I use homemade pizza dough, but you could try it as written. It continues to be a favorite around my house! And, since it’s cooler this week, you might be able to handle having the oven on!
