Foodie Friday: Kale, yes again!
I was all set to share some recipes to use up those lovely leeks that we got last week, but I caught wind that there won’t be leeks this week. Our wonderful farmers and I don’t always get a chance to communicate before I put the recipes together, so on a fairly regular basis, I’ll give you recipes that use the previous week’s veggies. Sometimes that doesn’t work out well. Like a whole bunch of kale recipes last week when we didn’t get kale (oops, use those recipes this week?)
In the spirit of hoping we have some solid summery weather, I have a few kale salad recipes for you. Veteran farm members may remember the first one from years past.
