Foodie Friday: Beet Greens

I was out of town last week and thus, am behind in, well, most things, including my Friday food post.  I’ll get back into the swing of things a little later this week.
This recipe would be lovely with kale or chard or perhaps even spinach instead of beet greens.

Beet Greens with Sweet Onions and Feta Cheese

    Oh man…that looks great. I have a big chunk of feta in the fridge right now – but no greens. (I just re-sowed everything so it’ll be a while…) but I’ll be making this in the fall…for sure. THANK YOU! xo
