Foodie Friday: Green Beans (Bonus Post!)

Szechwan Green Beans
From Lee at Salt Creek Farm
Heat up olive oil on medium high, in a skillet. When oil is good and hot add green beans. Lightly sear the green beans, mince an entire head, which is 10+ cloves of garlic, put on green beans. Stir frequently, make sure it is all coated, add a little toasted sesame seed oil and some soy sauce. Cover the pan to steam the green beans and once they have softened up they are ready to eat.
