Big nods to my friend, Debbie over at The Loving Path for sharing these recipes, along with several others, that she used when cooking up her fantastic Canadian Thanksgiving feast.  I wish our American Thanksgiving was at the height of the harvest too.  Ah well, we can eat well and be thankful on any day.  So, eat up the tomatoes and summer squash in your share with these recipes!

    YAY! So glad you shared them. Seriously, I’m making the tomatoes again this weekend. Truly, it is the best thing I have ever eaten. I wish we had garden tomatoes all year long – I can’t stand Mexican tomatoes in December through June. I hope everyone enjoys them…and Carrie – make sure you let me know how they turn out.
