I’ve been listening to a lovely food podcast lately called Spilled Milk (find it on iTunes, or via their website). It’s sort of ridiculous and goofy, but with lots of interesting tidbits thrown in. This recipe was recommended on one of their last episodes which was all about spinach. It’s a savory bread pudding with chard and or spinach in it. Yum!
