Foodie Friday:: Chard or Spinach and Onion Panade

I’ve been listening to a lovely food podcast lately called Spilled Milk (find it on iTunes, or via their website). It’s sort of ridiculous and goofy, but with lots of interesting tidbits thrown in. This recipe was recommended on one of their last episodes which was all about spinach. It’s a savory bread pudding with chard and or spinach in it. Yum!

    i too have been listening to spilled milk. they crack me up. got any good beet recipes? we just got back into town and jeff thinned the beets…i have bags of small ones. too much of a hassle to wrap in foil to roast or peel.
