Foodie Friday:: Spring Rolls with Swiss Chard and Spicy Peanut Sauce

From July 6th’s Cropsheet: Wait, is that sunshine I see?! Hooray! Looks like it might actually break 70* this week, so I went with something that requires no oven to cook and is amenable to using all sorts of odds and ends from your share, garden or fridge. This is just a start for you, mix and match with whatever veggies and protein sounds good. Make the dipping sauce or just use a bottled sweet chili sauce or tamari for dipping. The sky’s the limit with these. McPhee’s grocery on 8th and Race streets is a great place to find all sorts of ingredients like rice paper and rice noodles. Great prices and one-stop Asian/Indian food shopping. More ideas for spring roll ingredients can be found here, here and here.
