		<description><![CDATA[A few weeks ago you mentioned how you dislike radishes. Me too until i found a great way to use them.  i saute them and the spice disappears.  so they are my replacement for water chestnuts.  not quite the same texture but works for me.

also, i have found an easy way to deal with greens.  rather than messing with them when i get my crate of vegies, i wash a bunch througout the week and either chop them or not and store in a large-mouthed quart or gallon glass jar.  they keep much better that way and i can see what i have to use.  The plastic bags can sometimes start the decay process too fast.  i also don&#039;t have to dry them as the wet leaves aren&#039;t a problem in glass.]]></description>
