Recipes are listed in each section with the most recently blogged about at the top. I know there are a ton of better ways that I could organize this space, but it’s all beyond my immediate ability and would take me way too long to figure out!  In the meantime, you can do a search for a specific ingredient in the sidebar to the right.  Happy Cooking!

The first year i bought a share from you, you had a recipe called Greasy Greens. I’ve lost it and it was great. It might have been ?????????’s Greasy Greens. Is that something anyone remembers?
    Thanks,

If you love zucchini pasta, you have to check out a spiral veggie slicer. I have this one: http://www.amazon.com/Joyce-Chen-Saladacco-Spiral-Slicer/dp/B0000DDVYE/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=home-garden&qid=1250276456&sr=8-2 It will turn a small zucchini into a bowl full of pasta that you would swear is pasta!

I’ve been eating zucchini pasta for about 8 months now, and am so exicted to have the zucchini available now from the CSA! I can’t tolerate even whole wheat pastas, so mine is zucchini only, and I eat it raw, except for the heat from the pasta sauce I make to put on it. Delish!
